This device is the best ive ever had this is my first android device and i must say its worth every dollar spent for it. Its fast runs smooth lags with jellybean a lil but it eventually speeds back up once you end apps that you are not using it will also be upgradeable to kitkat very soon cpu very responsive and powerful nice phone for a small price gets the job done bottom line!!!! qwerty keyboard is a great thing to have also easy for typing those of you that isnt use to the touch screen interface or just adapting to it

The only complain from me is the resolution... moreYes, the only cons of this phone in my opinion is its poor display resolution. I hope in the future, Samsung (or other vendor) will release Android with QWERTY candy bar in better display quality.
For current market, Galaxy Chat is going without any competitors in Android with candy bar keyboard category.

I bought this phone for my wife about a year ago. The only complain from me is the resolution of the display. IMHO, using HVGA (320 x 480) display will make this phone very enjoyable when browsing. Current resolution makes coarse display and suffer a lot when displaying small font. It makes them unreadable. HVGA will make small fonts very smooth and readable.
Hope the next version brings higher resolution screen, added processor core, and more RAM. Android with phisical keypad is fun.

If you don't use it, disable "Google Search" in Application Manager. No more accidental key press and irritating Google search. The phone will fly after doing that.
Tip: You can use key presses in anything with a list like contacts, app manager for instant jump to selected letter etc.
