this is a very very clumsy phone. after one month, keyboard broke. brought it to the service center and wasted 1 1/2 hr waiting for my turn. they repaired it for 4 days and surprisingly, technicians are lazy and they replaced nothing. they said keyboard works. i showed them certain light pressing does not make keyboard respond. they repaired it for 1 hour and returned it to me working. after 2 days, another key broke and i am tired of this phone. Repaired it again for 2 hours and sold it to someone at a bargain. Im sick and tired of this phone and wasted around 5 hrs of my life for this nonsense. better buy Sony or Nokia. never had problems with these brands as they were very sturdy and would last until u dont want them already. from Philippines

i love music, i used to heard music 12 hours a day, and sometimes forget to turned it off, i love internet surfer and taking picture, i dont really like games.
is this phone match for me?

my all contact names saved turn to spam box therefore cannot received messages all calls from my contact numbers.
how i can delete that numbers from spam box?

i used this phone from January 2013. This is not a good phone. There are much more hanging problem. Camera is 2mp, but quality is not good as compared to other 2mp phone. This is a chat phone but you can't used qwerty key board directly. First you go to menu and then you can access the qwerty key board. I think this is a biggest problem.

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with this phone receiving (and making) calls. I do get a connection (since you can see the time is running and when I make the call it costs me money), but I don't hear anything. Neither does the person on the other end of the line. I had one call today that worked, all the others didn't.
Could there be a problem with the microphone connection or something, or am I doing something wrong?
