Remember that you are using a smartphone in a low price, the it is common to have a problem of slowing or not working so fast as some other smartphones. If you are using a huge number of weighty apps then it's possibly slow down the phone. Allays use light weight apps. I will must say this phone a Good One. Think about galaxy star pro there are no 3G, Proximity Sensor or not a Compass sensor.

Frik, 09 Dec 2015How did you upgrade to JellyBean?Just click setting→about device →software update →update, then the server will search the new software. If it is installed, you can see they said "the new software is installed".

ı bought 3 samsung from spain but now ı m in turkey and ı cant use my phones . when ı open phones it wants sim network lock . if you will go other countries dont buy samsung

after 3.5 years used phone become super slow ....touch & keypad is not responded...but its good for call & hike & whatsapp.

I used it pretty much but the phone after two years of usage became really too slow. And with internet the phone gets directly switch off within 15 min.....

Phone was very good and handy as it was one of the few phones that had both qwerty key pad and touch screen on android platform. But after 2 years of usage the phone becomes dead slow and doesn't even respond at times and just hangs. It is as slow as it could get and makes you irritating when you search for contact and it keeps rotating. Time Samsung brought something like this as typing on touch screen pad is pain but with qwerty key pad it is super fast.

i had been using this phone for almost a year.. the phone is alright in the first several months, but after a lot of usage everything gets very slow.. even the camera is very poor. now the phone died without apparent reason. i think they're a bit overpriced in my country, we could get better phone with some specs
