I have this phone and all the little to major problems that are listed here are not real. This phone is perfect. The only problem I have is that I was promised an internal memory of 4gigs yet Ionly got 2... crushing!

Poor antenna reception. Drop call 9 out of 10. Very annoying. I get 5 bars with my iPhone and I get 1 bar with Samsung Chat B5330 on the same exact spot with the same carrier.

Overall good value for money. Screen resolution is v poor so pls chk that before buying. Camra has no flash so that's another big drawback.
