it is a very poor phone mp4 video files and wmv format audio files are not working in this phone ,app not move to extsdcard.draft are not present in message application,1.5 rs charge every tym of format the phone. this phone is use less.

i bought this phone a month back and frm past 15 days this phone is wit the service for a prob of earpiece problem, i can here calls, i think samsung phones started producing low quality handsets and poor service go for htc for the best service

I am facing issue while converting any video files (i.e. .avi, .wmv, .vob, etc.) to .mp4 format. I am having latest Samsung kies software and also latest firmware upgraded on my B5330 phone. Still, I am persisting the same problem.
Can anyone pls help me out in video conversion. I dont want to take support of any third party software.
