i have bought this phone second hand, but i have problems with the network, the only indication it shows is "E" and dosn't want to connect to 4G or 3G.
please help me resolve this.
Been using this phone 4 almost 3 years now and I think is time to change my daily driver... Been thinking to buy the S8 or the iPhone 8 to replace this old... Sturdy phone.
I remember seeing an advertisement about this phone back in 2014 and I had this great desire top own one, which I did for Christmas.
I have been using my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime for almost 3 years now and it still works perfectly from when I purchased it. This one is a keeper.
I am using for more than 8 months.......I bought used one & still working perfectly
Hi guys to those experience 30% phone shut down well do this ,, ..
1. turn on your phone make it drain the battery 0%
2. Remove the battery pack then put back (repeat 2 times)
3. put it back the battery pack and charged at least 50%
4. remove the battery and use it, when you reached the battery to 20%
5. recharged your phone until 80% then use it normally. the battery back to its normal until you observed to its stable performance, charged to fully,
cause of issues ( Battery power saver always swtich on,,cause of battery program accurate or unstable, we can use this in thye right time, in purpose )
i hope this helps
So I have had this phone for approximately 2 years but the battery has gone from bad to worse and im not sure if it is too do with how long I have the one but it has now started dying on 60-70%. About 3 months ago, it used to get slow and shut down on 59% and now on 70 it will glitch and automatically shut down and when I turn it on the battery will be on 1%. Any tips on how I should make my battery last longer or is it really just to do with the length of time I have had this phone for?
had it for over two years. recently glitching out/opening apps n closing apps by itself/turning off at 30% battery. now it is completely stuffed, continually getting pop ups saying Google Play services has stopped.
I used to have this phone back in 2016, after my past one bricked itself. It's now the phone my brother uses, and it still functions perfectly.
It's really good for its price, nothing out of this world. The camera is fine (waaay better than my past ZTE). My only problem was with the storage, as 8GB wasn't enough for me, but that's a matter of preference. And sometimes it was a bit laggy, but, to be fair, I did use it to edit videos, and let's not forget it has 1GB of RAM. Also, I loved customizing the UI of this phone. It's the only thing I really miss.
TLDR: It's good. Good enough.
Bought in Decembr 2015 and is still great only problem calls go to voicemail after ringing only twice! No one can help says it is setting by manufacturer
Received Jan 2016 all ok until recently crashing out when using camera, battery was ok but on restart suddenly x low on juice! Anyone have a solution for this problem? Would appreciate comments. Thanks.
I got this for like 99USD new in 2015. It's now late 2017 and I am only just getting the need to upgrade. The main reasons being a lack of support for apps and the phone becoming quite slow with the small amount of RAM and the ever increasing memory demand from apps. Fantastic buying at that price point. Does everything you need but nothing more lol.
This phone makes me proud of Samsung as a brand. I have been using it since 2015 January but its still in tip top condition.
Had a Core Prime for 2.5 years. Still going strong and expect it to for years. Android is a very basic O/S but then the later versions are still basic so it's a matter of degree. Unfortunate about troubles others are having but why would anyone expect a 3-year old model to be the latest and greatest? It's big thing was its very extensive 2G/3G/4G band coverage, features and performance versus price 3 years ago. It's band coverage is still as good as any but other things have moved on
Amazed that it's still up for discussion on its merits in 2017. That must be a measure of longevity, surely.
