Don't it sucks I bought a galaxy avant last year and it is miles better and it was the same price and it works still better than this phone work and my husband just bought this phone a couple weeks ago so it's my advice that you shop for a different phone
if you are lucky like i am its possible to get a brand new one running V5.1.1
my new core prime has decided not to be able to be connected to the net, cannot access facebook google youtube and any other net related apps on it. telstra tech help texted me for 4 hours yesterday trying too change settings to get it working again but in the end told me to take it too their shop and get someone to manually look at it, can anyone give me suggestions please. greatwinnie,

Iam using this phone for one month and the only issue i faced is the heating up when playing games for long time and battery drains a bit fast when upgraded to lollipop. No other issues. I love this phone!!!. Thankyou

This device is not 4G .....Company says that core prime mobile has 4G facility but actully there is no such thing is there in this device....

I never paid attention to see if it could change because when at home I generally use the wifi to save on data usage. I can't believe I paid this much for a phone because it said it was 4G when it's clearly not capable! Had it too long to exchange or return it now
