I bought Galaxy S 6phone on 22nd Nov, 2015 and was proud of it till 5 days back. Suddenly the phone stared swelling. I took it to Samsung dealer from Whom, I had bought this phone. He suggested that I stop using it forthwith and take it to service centre about 6 kms away. I did so and was advised that they will repair it but since all data will be lost, I should back up the data before giving it to them. I did so and again took the phone to them the next day. In the meanwhile the phone had swollen so much that even the LCD screen had cracked. Since I had no option, I have left the phone with them and in the process, I am without a phone.
It appears that the policy of Samsung is not replace the phone even when major defect like this arise and that too within 4 or 5 months of purchase. On the other hand, my daughter has a I phone, and it developed a very minor snag and the Apple replaced it at once..
In short I am highly disappointed with the after sale attitude of Samsung.
It will be great phone for around ~90$, no more. Bad thing is old and low gpu. Is worse than 4 year old adreno 305.

The only thing i like in this phones is its android version marshmallow. I hope the j5 2016 is upgraded to android marshmallow too because im planning to purchase it when its available in the philippines
shame on you samsung... probably it has grand prime's price or more!
