Samsung's weird F-series mid-ranger that is practically a Galaxy M31 with one less camera and no NFC is now in luck. The update to One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 is now on its way to the Galaxy F41, at least those units that have been sold in India.
The update arrives over-the-air and once you install it, you'll be on build F415FXXU1BUAC, and you'll also have the January 2021 security patch level.
As usual with such rollouts, this one too is likely to be staged in such a way that it might take at least a few days for all F41 units to receive the update notification. If you're impatient, you can always try to manually check for the new software by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
The F41's update arrives quite soon after the M31 got its taste of Android 11 too, which makes perfect sense considering how similar these two devices are.
After updating Samsung F41 to Android 11, the home and recent button on the home screen are not visible. Looks like the update is not properly tested and verified
After the Android 11 update, the battery drains out too quickly though this is a 6000mAh battery phone. What could be the reasons ? device - Samsung Galaxy F41
Just uninstall updates for google map then again and reinstall from play store, map will work fine.
