Samsung Android Rumors

The Samsung Galaxy F54 5G has occasionally been popping up in the rumor mill. Last we saw the unannounced phone appear with the SM-M546B/DS model number in a certificate filing, as well as on official support pages in Bangladesh, India and Levant. All in all, the F54 5G seems right around the corner. According to an industry insider source, Indian buyers can expect to see the handset hit shelves in the last week of April.

The source also reaffirms some of the specs for the F54 5G. As expected, it is quite similar to the Galaxy M54. The F54 5G is a rather hefty 199-gram, 8.4mm thick device with a massive 6,000 mAh battery and 25W Samsung fast charging. The list of specs also includes a 6.7-inch, FHD+, 120Hz Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.

Powering the F54 5G is Samsung’s new mid-range Exynos 1380 chipset, with an undisclosed amount of LPDDR4X RAM (likely 8GB) and UFS 2.2 storage (probably 128GB or 256GB and likely expandable via microSD). The chipset brings support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. In the camera department, the F54 5G is said to rock a 108MP main snapper, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro cam, along with a 32MP selfie cam.

Design-wise, the F54 5G looks identical to the rest of Samsung’s current lineup with the signature separate trio of cameras on the back. There is no word on pricing yet, but we expect something similar to the Galaxy M54 in this department as well.
