Avoid. I bought this for super-low SAR value, and on that score it is great - no more headaches. And being Samsung it is beautiful - until you need to use it. Functionally it is awful. I have had too many good-looking-bad-functioning Samsung products, after this I say never again. Here the problem seems to be a really slow single-core processor. It simply can't keep up. I repeat - avoid.

Is there a way to downgrade the OS to version 3 or 2?... Apparently the idiots from Samsung can't understand that jelly OS needs alot more to work properly

I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Trend Duos GT-S7392 for about two months. At first, the phone used to frequently crash. It became totally unresponsive, or the notification shade got stuck; sometimes the phone crashed after making calls. However, Samsung appears to have fixed these issues in the August 2014 software update for this phone. My phone is working perfectly after the update, not a single crash has occurred after that. Performance-intensive games still do not run very smoothly on it though, however this is to be expected in a phone with specifications near the lower end of the spectrum. One positive aspect about this phone is that the SAR values for it are quite low. That makes it a lot safer to use than, say, a Moto-E (The Moto-E's head SAR is 1.5 W/kg !) Overall, I'll say that the phone is decent, after the software update.

I hav this handset all is fine. But i want to know 1 important thing. How can i download audio and video from using data connection.i can able to do it. If i click download butten video and audio will play by online only plz tell me sum idea.

jonty007, 02 Feb 2014it has been 10days with the phn in my hand...the phone has some manufacturing defects...first ... moreya jonty007, you are absolutely correct. it shows horrible ghost touches and i find it difficult to tacle. samsung really needs to look about it and should replace the faulty screens since we have paid adequate for it....
