hello friend my name is sanjay manna i m using this device since last couple of months i brought grand 2 last year dec 14 and now i m facing battery drain out very fast even whole day not completed
i charged mobile full before going office and after coming homes its become dead
pls friend tell me some advice to consumes some battery life

I am using grand 2 since feb 2014,In starting when the device was on JB, it was awesome but after the 4.4.2 update device's performance it not as same as before but I am very much happy with the phone and will be using for next five six months more , just once I have to visit to service center because my phone's vibrator was not working and they replaced it in a hour so very much happy.

sumit, 12 Mar 2015grand 2 is better then grand prime....i have both of these 2 phones.... Are you still using grand 2? How's the battery life so far?

I am using samsung grand 2. But this phone have major problem is hanging and hot battery (When do i using charging). My advice my Advice wont be buy this product.

I m using the set frm 19jan2014. Since last few months had lots of prob:-
1.Too much lag and hanging problems.
2.Call drops.
3.Internet network failure very often.
4.Was using 3G of vodafone in Kolkata. Changed to Airtel but things got worst.
5.Second sim dropped signal when either one in use. Sim1 or Sim2.
6.Now mobile and internet network failure occurs throughout the day. Most of the time it shows 'Emergency calls only' or 'No service'.
7.Went to Samsung service centre....was adviced software problem. Got software checked. Took off the second sim. Now running only sim1 at Airtel 3G.
8.Samsung service centre now advices board change @inr.7500/-+.
This is very disappointing and have decided to sell the phone and buy iphone 5s.
Really lost all love for samsung and android.

Shhzd amar, 13 Mar 2015I dnt find any need for a factory reset for such small thingsFactory reset is a smart way to bring your phone to original status,many junkies are hidden within the phone which it gets rid off.Remember not to ignore small things they can become a headache later on.

Hey! If u are thinking to buy galaxy grand 2 ,i think ur choice n decision is good....Because this phone is awesome and I also have it...Its camera is too good....It have so many modes....And this phone is never hanged....No heating problem whenever you're playing games. ....This phone is superb...You should buy it and enjoy its so many features.......
