Plz. Reply me friend's.......I don't think that samsung will provide lollipop update for samsung galaxy grand 2 .
But you can install lollipop update manually after rooting your phone.

its does twice a day
plz suggest what to do?if blue screen appears then just go for NK1 binary update of 4.4.2
I think that might be the sure solution for this problem
