I am a new user of galaxy grand 2... I want to know how I can save my songs videos and other apps from phone memory to memory card what is d procedure of doing this.... Secondly I want know why my buttons light blink sometimes even the phone is not in use and no app is running plc help

best phone for me. very gud features it's a high end Samsung galaxy smartphone.

Using this mobile from last 10 months..I am not happy with this mobile..specifications and performance wise is good but Samsung might have considered this mobile for at least android 4.4.4 upgrade..
as android 4.4.2 having issues..
Lot of users posting issues that they are facing on android 4.4.2..Samsung is not really bothered about that..even moto e considered for android 5.0 update..

actually i am using samsung galaxy grand 2 SM G7105 over 6 months. last month i received the kitkat 4.4.2 and i did update with OTA after updating no problems .. no lag no bugs no blue screen issues or battery drain issues . i think some SM G7102 dual sim version may suspect to those issues . because updating not successfully done. stable data connection with high speed should require for this process . that is why wifi only mention as solution. i only know about the SM G7105 which is superb . with 2 day battery backup.. i love this phone.. samsung did a grate job. just waiting for lollipop 5.0. i hope they will release it later 3q of this year .

AnonD-362823, 12 Feb 2015Hi All, I plan to update my Grand 2 to the latest firmware using Kies 3. The update size is... moreit is not a problem .. 1st see whether kies found the phone correctly as SM G7102/SM G7105.. if it connect properly kies amount of file stuff not a matter for you. that is the size for you.. so do not worry. but befuor update make sure about your battery level . and make sure to use original data cable and stable data connection.. wifi or LAN or any USB Modem .. good luck

There would be no problem,just make sure to use a branded charger.Also keep in mind to use a 1 amp charger with 5.3 volt output otherwise your phone will take longer time to charge

I am using a Samsung Galaxy grand 2 and am facing a peculiar problem . Whenever I carry the phone in my jeans pocket or put a little pressure in the screen a spot developes in the screen. when I approached the service centre I was told that this model of the phone is without a screen bracket so it is a manufacturing issue with it . Though the spot goes away in a day or two if you leave the phone free but it is an irritating issue with the phone .
