Arun, 20 Jan 2015Have anyone upgraded from Jellybean 4.3 to Kitkat 4.4.2???Many Peoples upgraded this fone to Kitkat 4.4.2. For me there is not much differences from jellyben to kitkat. Almost all are same. If you want to update it first make sure the strength of network. Almost 400 mb size need to download and install. And any interruption during the upgrade may affect the phone. Allow sufficient time for this process and follow the instruction during the installation. Make sure your battery charged more than 70% before start the upgrade.
In my experience the is no any heating problem or auto shutdown in this fone. But little lag and it will not work in 2G network.

i upgraded my unit today using kies 3. and unfortunately, i have discovered that i can no longer make a call after the update. it displays "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped". with this, the other line that im calling can only hear me for 3 sec and then it exits and hangs up.
the software upgrade is from 4.3 to 4.4.2 kernel version: 3.4.0-3206704 dpi@SWDD6323 31 WED NOV 5 21:22:56 KST 2014.
the upgrade makes the phone unusable, well at least for one major important fucntion - CALL!
HELP NEEDED. thank you guys!
