I said same words which i have heard frm company and if u think dat company also don't knows real cause of this problem and u r vry much sure dat u knw it very well then u should contact to samsung and help them they must reward u.

I bought grand 2 last week.. but its ram showing 1 gb. How its possible? Because grand 2 have 1.5gb ram. I checked with samsung its original set. Everything is working fine. But how its possible to become only 1gb ram? Any body have this problem? Please reply me ASAP. Thanks

AnonD-322045, 14 Jan 2015Frnds I need u r help Im in confusion to choose badly between Galaxy Grand 2 r Galaxy Grand Pr... moregrand 2 has a very nice camera 8 MP with 720*1280 resolution screen .. prime has better 13 MP camera with only 540*960 .. but grand 2 is better than prime with 1.5 RAM memory which makes it faster and efficient while Prime has only 1 .. more than that Grand 2 has 5.25 inches screen .. Prime's screen is only 5 .. i had Grand 2 almost everything in it is good

and grand prime is better in only chipset coz it has 410 chipset 64bit........other spec it remain same

I still think its not the issue you are highlighting.... if it was due to broken bracket or humidity it would never dissappear...!! The DOT dissappears as soon as the phone is took out of the pocket....!! M nt sure but I think its not the issue which you're highlighting...
