I would request every one not to buy Samsung galaxy grand 2 sm - g7012 duos until and unless SAMSUNG upgrades it with android 5.0 lollipop software update as soon as possible.

Did samsung grand 2 really support otg cable.... plzzz kindly suggest bcoz some of online side saying that it support select custom rom. ....bt on ur own risk...wht it means...? N did otg feature alredy in grand 2 we just want to make some setting

MNL, 11 Jan 2015i have a galaxy grand 2 and i cannot connect it to my computer through samsung kies. can any o... more1) Install Samsung usb driver on your computer.
2) screen should unlocked while connecting.
3) check your cable(duplicate cables will not works, use original Samsung cable).
4) update your Samsung kies software.

does it support microsoft office documents? and PDF Books? ...... i heard of Polaris Office 5........ how about this software?

friends battery back up is very bad.
it drains very fast
phone is good but one problem that is battery back up.
