I bought grand 2 it shows only 870mb useable ram but actually it has 1.5gb ram? how to fix this issueis this its rom fault or anything else plz help

From the first touch I found my phone's rare camera is blurred and only can focus very close objects about 6" distance. I tried in many ways, but still not. Is there any solution. pls help.

My GPS is not working properly. It can see GPS satellites but it cannot lock onto them. Anybody else have this priblem?

hi,
my galaxy grand 2 was working fine for about 6 months. Then suddenly one day screen started giving flickering problem.
I complained to service centre and kept my handset there. after some brainstorming they said my phone is physically damaged. I obviously challenged this decision by asking to at least point any one scratch if it is damaged from my side.
to this they replied that because I kept my phone in my pocket it got damaged internally. To this I asked them politely that - everyone on this planet keeps their fone in their own respective pockets - I fail to see that as a crime.
Now they have come up saying tht I have pressurized the screen to cause the defect...
somebody, please help me.. I am not a maniac to damage my phone in this manner..
I only want my phone to be repaired since it is in its warranty period..
