Shhzd amar, 16 Dec 2014There is no need to downgrade to jellybean... the latest OTA update which was of 38mb has made... moreIf u dont like gaming kitkat is enoght good for u but if u like gaming jelly bean 4.3 is better than kitkat like Hay Day Fifa 14 if u play with kitkat is verry slow but if u play with jelly bean 4.3 is verry fast and smooth so i decide to downgraded.

This is the worst mobile of Samsung series. I had been a fan of Samsung mobiles and have recommended for my family and frnds too. But this Grand 2 Duos has really put down me and is so very irritating and frustrating. It is just 2 months i have got this mobile and
1. The mobile keeps restarting
2. Unable to speak more than 1 minute as it keeps stating "sim card data changed ... etc."
3. No mobile network
This is more of a camera than mobile, not serving purpose of receiving and making calls . Very very absurd and irritating product.
Any one have idea if this is solveable ???Samsung team you too...

My present baseband version is G7102DDUBNK1
This version is perfect without any issues so if you dont have the latest version upgrade it to the latest version and than compare it....!!

does anyone know how to retrieve deleted text messages? I didn't know that it can only store 200 messages and delete the old ones. i forgot to uncheck that.

Anonymous, 15 Dec 2014How u downgraded ?? Plz tellfirst u need to have firmware jelly bean 4.3(G7102XXUANG4) if u dont have u can download from www.sammobile.com and then u can do it by watching youtube (galaxy grand 2 downgrade) its easy i had done with it :)

i am using grand 2 from last weak.i am facing the battery problem.battery time is not good.i just use whatsapp on wifi.and light use of face book and just light use for calls and battery losts with in 10 hours.
