I am requesting everyone not to buy Samsung galaxy grand 2 sm-g7102 duos until and unless SAMSUNG upgrades it with android kitkat 4.4.4 and later on android lollypop software update as early as possible.

Armiiin, 05 Dec 2014About updating... samsung forgot this phone.. :/ it deserves lolipop. but it is possible to get Lollipop for after march 2015. Post recent flagship devices Samsung will concentrate on Note 2, S3, Grand 2, S4 mini etc.

AnonD-274221, 05 Dec 2014 Whatever the people say but the GRAND 2 is the best phone available in this price group.Yes it is always the best. that's why grand 2 is still one of the best selling mobile in Samsung among 35 countries. Do we thing all facing the problems.
Actually no issues in grand 2. there is an issue with the user who using the mobile without know how to use.

My phone runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.3 and it finally gets the kitkat update notification.

I will never buy any Samsung Mobile Phone ever after in my entire life if I don't get android kitkat 4.4.4 and later on android lollypop software update in my Samsung galaxy grand 2 sm-g7102 duos. I am facing lots of problems after my galaxy grand 2 sm-g7102 duos upgraded to android kitkat 4.4.2 such as very poor battery life, random reboots, dual sim network failure, longer charging time, unable to connect to the wifi, power and soft keys not responding properly. I am really frustrated and annoyed.
