Very bad quality. I bought it month ago , some buy for me from Singapore. Front camera spoil and touch scream not good. So slow

I found out, there are 2 versions of Galaxy Grand 2 in the world /may be only in Asia/.
1. Original, which has 1.34 gb of RAM
26 Fake, which has 870 mb of RAM
Original Grand 2 has very good performance and fake Grand 2 is very slow to use. Press HOME button for a while, and the you'll see RAM manager. There you can know RAM status /original or fake/.

so g2 better for multitasking

cam5 mp vs 2 mp
internel memory grand 2 has5.2 for user prime has 3.9
so grand 2 is win again
but overall grand 2 is win in every way
because grand 2 is the boss of grand series while prime and neo is secondary

Remove the battery & press the screen, are you able to see that white spots?
If not then this may be due to battery swelled bit. if its swelled bit just press it from center & if insert & switch on the phone & see the result. If it swelled much more than it might required to replace the battery & see the result.
Overall, there is some relation in width of battery & white spot / liquide dots problem as per my experience.
service center option is always there with if its under warrenty. I just tried to share my experience. may be it will be useful to you.

I have... moredude first of all it's 1.34 GB user available
second of all it's never been slow at all
i highly recommended this phone

I have never used so slow phone like Grand 2, therefore I dont suggest Galaxy Grand 2 to anyone.
