Your comment is quite interesting. actually i can not see my battery is swelled from anywhere. but though when i removed battery and checked to press screen in center slightly. it was not having water dots at that time.
Generally battery will last for minimum 2 years, i don't know how it could be swelled even slightly within 2 months of purchase as first time i got this problem within 2 months.
Though i will check with battery of other grand 2 if somebody found in my group who is using this model.
Thanks for your quite intelligent reply on this.
I think this will be root cause of this problem.

Then I noticed that it was the battery that damaged & swelled. Due to the swelling it pressed the screen from back causing water drops which enlarged after touching the screen. Now it's ok after replacing the battery.

hey frns .. m using grand 2 4 almst a month old nw..there was a problm few days ago wid my device..it used 2 occur blue screen on my device..& then it used 2 get auto-restart..so hve bn 2 service cntre ..so they hve upgraded my phone 2 latest software(as they hve said new software hve arrived 4 dis type of probs)...bt since then the updation..i m experiencing dat my device battery is draining quickly..it just like lasts 4 almst 24 hrs only nw..bt.as compared 2 the battery status earlier used 2 hve b4 d updtn it was widely going 2 almst 2 days without any charging....so guys do u any hve the same prob aftr the latest updation ?????

Hi dears, if anyone had problem with android Kitkat 4.4.2 in Grand 2.
They should go to setting-General-about device-software update and update now, and install new update.
The problems blue screen, battery life will solve super..

This is same problem as mine. As your phone is under warranty period, you can go to service center. they will tell you it needs to replace screen & keep your phone for some days, days will vary according to service center. once you will get it back it will be ok.
When i submitted similar way like above, i had still doubt they haven't actually replace screen or not but i am not sure, but anyway problem got resolved at that time.
My worry is, this is repeatedly problem i am thinking its cause of large screen.
Presently when i press bit slightly in center it show water dots, but in normal condition it doesn't show. & i know one day it will again have water dots in normal condition too. still mine is under warranty for couple of months. once it will be over we can not afford such expense of replacing whole screen.
These all are very frustrating actually.
