Hi dears, if anyone had problem with android Kitkat 4.4.2 in Grand 2.
They should go to setting-General-about device-software update and update now, and install new update.
The problems blue screen, battery life will solve super..

This is same problem as mine. As your phone is under warranty period, you can go to service center. they will tell you it needs to replace screen & keep your phone for some days, days will vary according to service center. once you will get it back it will be ok.
When i submitted similar way like above, i had still doubt they haven't actually replace screen or not but i am not sure, but anyway problem got resolved at that time.
My worry is, this is repeatedly problem i am thinking its cause of large screen.
Presently when i press bit slightly in center it show water dots, but in normal condition it doesn't show. & i know one day it will again have water dots in normal condition too. still mine is under warranty for couple of months. once it will be over we can not afford such expense of replacing whole screen.
These all are very frustrating actually.

My grand2 charges 90% in 2 hours but takes another 2 ... moreNo, grand 2 takes max 3 hrs to charge... mine is running on the latest update and within 3hrs the bateery gets full.... charge with the original samsung charger... if you use your mobile while charging it may show unnecessary heating and longer charging periods.... but as if it takes only 2 and a half hour for charging from fully drained battery to 100%......

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2014How you know grand 2 will not recieve android 5 updates.grand 3 is coming soon with 4.4.4 kitkat and it will get 5.0 L updates...grand 3 has 16 gb internal memory 1.5 gb RAM....camera of grand 3 is 12 mp and front camera 5 MP....grand 3 has quadcore cortex A-53 and snapdragon 410 same like grand prime....
