i have purchse two week back but facing probles.
1.Auto restart
2.Display auto changed to blue colour and then switch off
3. Display colour chages coming verticle lines.
when visited to Samsung center they told us we will not replace it as it has more than 10 days for purchase.they have updated software but still problem persist.where to go after investing Rs. 18000,
its waste of my money, not satisfied with Samsung galaxy grand 2

Nice phone only problem is with my chrome browser (sometime it crashes) & once in two days it restarts automatically, but i guess with almost every phone there are some problems. so much better phone & it doesn't lag while gaming (ex. asphalt 8, thor, etc). Grand 2 user (y) (y)

yes my grand 2 had frequent restart issue but i had restored my phone to factory setting it worked.. no it doesn't restart.

Very bad experience with grand 2...please for God shake dont purchase this model ...my friends requested not to purchase this model ...but now i feel regretted ...please believe me ...you are having other options ..all the models of Samsung hang .....
