I buy Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 very owesome mobile. Overall very nice experience but battery power not so much longer & I give 5 star *****

Has anyone got a new solution to this post.

i got grand 2 but its totally money waste battery timing less and i cant run many applications its getting hot and suddenly restart i preffer to use huawei mate better to use samsung

Shhzd amar, 27 Oct 2014It doesn't matter if we update it over wifi... even mobile data speeds fluctuate... it only do... moreI did factory reset only one time when I update version of 4.3 to 4.4...after that I never did this.. From last 5 month I m using and there is no problem at all...
I never told that every time u reset ur mobile... I said that when update like change to version 4.3 to 4.4 that time u should reset ur mobile it's also preferred by service provider... If u go to gallery and u ask for update they will flash and give u update like fresh mobile.. . Ask them why they r doing flash.? They are also not fool who waste time for factory reset and giv u update..
Only few people have problem and not to all.. . So its clear that u did error some where or update package not properly installed or downloaded..
Heavy fluctuations may cause to damage install package... And it was happened with me when first time i updated via our and not properly installed and I get problem like u facing now... After that I went to customer care they solved my problem and also they told me that this happens just becoz of not properly downloaded and installed.. . I hope now u got answer.. . Even ask to customer service they will also suggest u to keep stable speed during download.. ..
