Rafiq, 22 Oct 2014After upgrading into 4.4.2 my phone is restarting unexpectedly. What can I do now? happened to my sm-g7102 also - authorized samsung service centers couldn't correct.
justs resets or sim2 doesn't work or android.com.process has stopped.

If you all are facing problems after ubgrading to kitkat then you should update your phone once again to genxt kitkat rome....it will fix all the problems you are facing after installation... See the video on youtube in the link above and enjoy

What can I do now? i know the kitkatt upgrade is not good for grand 2 ....but if you upgrade and still facing problems ....i suggest you to upgrande it to genxt superior kitkat rome.. I suggest you to buy a grand 2 .... Grand prime is the worst phone... Pls don't buy grand prime ...buy grand 2 it is better

I upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4 last month am in Nigeria after i did a fact... moreI suggest u not to upgrade ur cell instead go 4 another one or get it done through authorized service centre.In most cases u'll see d ph doesn't wrk properly aft doin all this.The actual company manufactured ph works well but if u go to upgrade it,it won't wrk.

Right...but dont forget galaxy s2 got update 4.1.2 even after 2 year....it depends on popularity also...s2 was too popular...now grand 2 is also popular and as per tesred by google spec of grand 2 is comfortable for android 5..oand many popular site suggested android 5 for not only to grand 2 but also for note 2 any many more...so if people giv more popularity to grand 2 and stop stupid complaints of auto restart which happens due to improper installation of update...then i m sure grand 2 will get android 5 and last but not least if moto g receives android L then samsung never stop update for grand 2...u know y? I know u can understand y i said this....
