a blue light appears on screen and automatically teh phone gets restarted whenever am using wifi i dont know why is it so..it has been a month i bought the mobile.. overall phone is good but this problem is not able to solve and am searching for the solution.. if any solution please reply me thank u ..

Thanks..m the anonymo... moreU required to root....customer care will not sllow uvto do...check all process of root and jellybean installation and unroot ur mobile again otherwise ur warranty will void...its risfy if u do the mistake or something unwanted happened then may cause to brick ur mobile...and no 1 can repair that...u will loose ur mobile permanent...so be careful

tejas, 18 Oct 2014already declared update 4.4.4 for grand 2 will receive at end of november...and who said will ... moregrand 2 will only get 4..4.4 updates but not android L as samsung galaxy grand 3 is cmng shortly with android L...last update of grand in november is 4.4.4

When i updated via wifi i faced problem but after flash by customer care till today dont have any issues...

From the day I have updated 4.4.2 Kitkat after that my mobile's (Grand 2) GPS signal is not stable, continuously blinking.I have tried everything like factory reset but i failed. plz give any solution.

My grand 2 colours are not that sharp...its a bit whitish ...I have compared it with other grand 2 and I have noticed that icons colours are not that sharp and dark.....its little annoying sometimes...for a new user he cannot judge the difference but for me its annoying...does anyone else had this issue ?

Gays there is no bugs in kitkat update....there was little bug in initial update but after that it was removed by next update....
It is very smooth...
And who says that there is bug in kitkat update it means they have not updated their mobile properly...
Every update which is related to version like 4.3 to 4.4 it requires to reset ur mobile before update..people does not know this things and blame to update..

There is no update... moreYou can use roms if u want root ur mobile...but i prefer to not root ur mobile...update is depend on bandwidth. ..updates are getting as per bandwidth lot...might ur bandwidth is not yet updated...
Secondly it is also possible u r not getting ota update due to some problem..so u can check through kies if any update available for ur bandwidth u will get...
