Do not buy samsung new version grand 2 which has been offically updated to 4.4.2 kitkat by the company, it will restarts frequently, 18400 Rs is not a small amount pls pls pls don't buy this worst phone.

In this model samsung annonced Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 processor is inside but i open my phone sm-g7102 ther is no Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 processor.in this mobile only SAMSUNG and other brand processor is inside i check 10 mobiles are also same like this, before you buy this mobile open the mobile check inside IC

No problem with this phone before and after upgrading kitkat...it is depends on the owner how can use this smartphone.working very very fine.

Don't Upgrade to Kitkat. If you have same device me 7102 dual mode. I really sick Kitkat on my device it becomes unstable and randomly reboot. They replace new board but won't solve the problem.

Nagur, 09 Oct 2014I upgraded my Grand 2 to Kitkat and faced no issues.How long your device uptime? Try using bootlog uptime, to record your device crash. My longest uptime is 8 days, after replace board longest uptime now 3 days than crash.

Don't UPGRADE to KITKAT 4.4.2 your device become unstable. Been factory reset, clear cache partition and visit Samsung Service Center (they replace my board), but problem still exist.
Lately they release new firmware upgrade, it's about 16 MB but problem still there. If you want to buy samsung grand 2 duos please skip this phone or choose other than samsung product.
Really wasting time & no solution for stability device.

its me from nepal,i just bought it fews days ago...when it is in use its just restart itself when chatting,browsing...first screen becomes blue then restarts when in use..then it works normally for few minutes...plz tell me whats has happened??

Kitkat version was in built when i purchased itAccording to what Samsung Customer Care advices to do was the only thing that we need to do after the upgrade (KK) is to reset the Phone. You are actually not alone when it comes to blue screen and stuff. But we'll see if we choose to reset it. Cannot assure.

Shhzd amar, 09 Oct 2014Are you mad or what... 6 hours continuos charging...!!! My SMMy SM-G7102 takes hardly 4hrs to chrge.... from 1% to 100% even when m using it.... take it to the nearest samsung centre if it takez tht much time that it maybe having some problem

nalin, 09 Oct 2014My samsung grand2 -g7102 charging about 6 hour why is that?dont worry for that,, thats normal.. but if the charging time of your phone more than 6 hours it should have a back up at least more than 3 days.. if its drain fast then only its a issue other wise its not a matter,, my G-7105 also take 7 hours to charge but i use it for 4 days ...i hope your battery made in vieatnam .. and charger also vieatnam one.. thanks. hope u satisfied with my reply

Don't buy from local store
Buy it from Samsung gallery or mobile zone from home town, kanjurmarg
It's really good as far as downloading, battery, play store, video downloader,hard to use
trust me it fall down many times but it's Working
