Hi. asking if the performance of the grand 2 is fluid. when playing games it lags a lot?. it performs very well in real-life usage?. And asking which is better snapdragon 400 in this device, or the apple a5 on iPafd mini?. thanks :) sorry for many question :p

i got mine yesterday and it is updated to kitkat already.no lagging issue.

Kitkat update is worst , not worth mentioning and not worth updating , better wait a few months till a good firmware is updated. My camera has lost the excellent HDR capability after kitkat update , and so far no resolution , phone heating has also increased after update.
See even Sony and lg are offering same processor with 1 gb ram which is prompting many users to purchase grand 2 for 1.5 gb ram , if sam. Releases the most stable version , I can tell you it will have the one of the best browsing speed than 1 gb ram phones , even with touch wiz.

It says here that OS of Grand 2 is upgrade-able to Kit Kat. I can't find OS upgrade for my set and it is still running on Jelly Bean. Can any body guide me how to find and install OS upgrade to my phone.

avv, 27 Sep 2014Z2 is high end mobile.its market price is rs.40k apprx. Grand2 is midrange device available f... moreZ2 has heating issues... see the htc one M8 or the galaxy S5 if you have budjet nearby 40k... or you can also see the note 3/4

Z2 is high end mobile.its market price is rs.40k apprx.
Grand2 is midrange device available for rs.18k apprx.
If you have a budget of rs.40k go for xperia z2.
