Please do the following.
Switch off your mobile and remove the battery.
Reinsert the battery
Do not switch on the phone, but charge the mobile till it is charged fully(you'll see a large battery icon at the center)
Switch on the phone. You'll see the phone charged at 100% and the fully charged icon at the left.

Dear All,
I have facing a problem just after 3days use, my grand 2 become slow whenever I have download aghami music downloader, then I uninstall that apps but phone were slow still feel this problem.
Any one please share how it will be faster as like as before facing the problem.

Asus zenfone 5 is much better than grand 2.It supports otg too in addition to all features than grand 2 have.priced at half the price -10k in india it beats all the phones even higher priced.

ver bad 2 days before i bought the phone and the camera is extremely poor.it is showing blurred images and slightly heat up problem also there.

any one who are thinking to buy samsung galaxy grand 2, I will say PLEASE DONT ,Well not before you check for you self with people who bought it. I bought this phone 3 months before and having a camera problem.VERY VERY I MEAN it VERY BAD CAMERA QUALITY without flash. I heard similiar comment and would like to atleast inform you guys. Please ask someone else and check the phone youself to see if I am Wrong about it. Thank u
