in one word to describe Grand 2 is Makhan butter smooth no problem at all 2 years 4 months still working every day without any problem....

it is very bad phone so many prblm in samsung phone firstly heating prblm and other is battery prblm

farzana, 06 Feb 2016i face every time problem in that and their is so many add pop up .every time hangedupdate your phone over samsung kies, your problem will be solved. Don't download any third party apps.

There my phone auto restarting by itself. I have already reset/flash my phone by service shop. But there i didn't got any positive result. Recently my aunt's has suffered this problem also, then she got release by changed battery, Now anybody can help me what to do for my Samsung Galaxy Grand 2.

Samsung Grand 2 is the best mobile quality feature and performance wise I am using for 2 years 4 months. Changed battery once I am on kitkat 4.4.2. No problem of heating in my idea 3G. Just remember to keep least no of apps and don't install 3rd party apps. Great mobile made for great people.

It gets hot like anything when I use 3g internet and battery goes down to zero in just 1 hour. if samsung can fix these problems i am sure there is no other mobile to match its quality.
Also need comments that have any good battery for this samsung grand2 mobile

Grand 2 is best ever phone. only problem I see is the camera quality is low though it says it has 8 mp but I feel its clarity is like of 5 mp and the second problem is, it gets hot like anything when I use 3g internet and battery goes down to zero in just 1 hour. if samsung can fix these problems i am sure there is no other mobile to match its quality. Battery Mhz should be minimum 3400 mhz and camera clarity or technology should be upgraded then it going to b a best phone ever. Thanks

There is problem in sound in Headset but it works fine with mobile's built-in speakers. It's not that sound doesn't come from headset bt its 99% noise and 1% song's sound through headset. There is OS v4.4.2 kitkat installed

I am using Grand 2 for last two and half year till now, it has done superb job I am very much satisfied with the particular product from Samsung. After Grand 2 I was hoping that they must come with Grand 3 but not a single phone in market can March the macho image of the iconic Samsung galaxy Grand 2. ...

I rooted it with KingoRoot.apk https://www.kingoapp.com/ and all is OK. I can't receive samsung updates after root, but it's ok, I think there will be no updates for this phone.
You can try it too (kingoroot).
