Then the screen turn blue &... moreyeah... i got the exact same problem mate. the lockscreen is now a bit lagging and restarting issue happen every now and then. but other than that everything seem okay. battery seems to last longer on kitkat too.

Posting this after one week of using desire 816 continuously
DEsire 816 vs grand 2
Screen-htc is having slcd 2 and its screen luks much better than grand's tft screen in real life...
U wont see any pixelation
It appears crystal clear
Camera- both of them are having amazing picture quality and htc is having an edge due to large pixel count
Performance-here htc is faster than grand 2 due to better RAM management
Regularly on htc u see 600mb/1.3gb is used
But on grand 2 1gb/1.4gb is used
Battery-both of them are good
If it can last a whole to a teenager like mr then it can easily last more than a day to others(for desire 816)
Luks-obviously htc is a clear winner here
Speakers-again htc is a winner here
Gaming-i can play fifa 14 and asphalt 8 on both of them smoothly w/o any lag
So my recomendation is htc desire 816 it qorth every bucks u pay
Overall a true value for money

Sunny, 16 Aug 2014Guys cn somebody tell me that grand 2 is better or Galaxy S3 neo cz i want dual sim smartphone You should see ur requirements and than match the phone.... grand 2 is also an awesome phone and S3 neo also... S3 neo has a smaller screen compared to that of grand 2... but it has more internal memory... As my friend said that the grand 2 supports samsung gear but it doesn't have the secondary mic for noise cancellation... pixel density of the grand 2 is slightly less than than that of S3 neo... also the camera of grand 2 is worst in night conditions.. I dont know about the camera of s3 neo... also S3 is powered by a 1.4 ghz quad core processor and grand 2 is powered by 1.2 ghz quad core..... so better match your requirements and than select the phone

bought grand2 (4g) few days back. it gets so much hot even when i play candy crush for five mins without net connection. with net connection its worse. why is that?? are there any remedies fir that?? plz help me

I have just bought this phone, According to device spec's RAM is mentioned as 1.5GB but my device shows it as 500+MB/800+MB.
Is it 1GB RAM in total or what?
Can anyone please update on this.

1. Phone keep rebooting for 4-5min
2. Phone will turn blue & restart
