I cant type "nte" ..എൻറെ,നിൻഡെ these are not correct.....bt in grand 2 v cn type it properly....one time i typed correctly ....bt i forgot d way im typed...plz help

Guys dont worry...just degrade a old version firmware...now my mobile working fine like the new one...so dont upgrade kitkat...its not fit for grand 2...jst degrade ur os in customer care

but it recomand taht upadate the new version at service centre only....Don't try it on wifi or using kies and other things..

I had bad experience with it, its upgrade version hve many isue its perform nt very well..
And i'm not hppy to bought it..

I recently purchased Galaxy Grand 2 Duos. It's a good phone but it shows total RAM 1 GB whereas it's written all over it has 1.5 GB RAM? Model is SM-G7102

samsung smartphones are still having issues with their chipsets. I used to have a S4, but when this rebooting problems came (continuously on-off, rebooting) the problem was the chipset, replacing the chipset is like buying a mid-range smart phone. go and see a samsung service center, and you'll see a lot of chipset problems!

hi all
samsung grand 2 now in kitkat 4.4.2
but many peoples says don't update it for kitkat.
but i updated. no bug found after update but after 2 days my phone restart automatically but after 2 days this problem gone automatically.
samsung test it for bugs and others issues.
so they launch new software update 22mb after kitkat.
i updated and now my grand 2 working fine with any no issues.
anyone found problems so update your phone software.

The kitkat update on Samsung galaxy grand 2 having following issues -
1) mobile power saver mode not working properly , it's CPU goes to full throttle middle of the day despite being on power sav.
2) heard of poor graphic performance on gaming
3) 1 sec. Lag while opening mobile from start button press.
4). Default front camera viewfinder not working properly the image is spread up.
5) call quality in single sim has reduced by 50% and even single reception has reduced .
6) rear camera performance reduced by about 20% , colour no longer as lively as in android 4.3
All in all the update seems to not have been properly tested , it looks like a demo build of the actual kitkat or Samsung released the kitkat update in hurry.
In kitkat apps can be copied to SD though the data copies is bit less than android 4.3
User please let me know how you got the 21 mob update , ota update shows software latest , please inform the new firmware numbers forum members
