I am very disappointed when i bought this f0ne. The camera sucks and i think there is a pr0blem in the hardware/camera itself. I went to samsung servce center but i felt ignored bec they dont listen to me. I c0mpared this f0ne to my gf's fone which is the 1st grand duos,and i can tell that the 1st grand cam is better

It's really a good phone.I'm using it for 2 years; it's camera really good & I can't remember when it hanged last. Sound good (in headphone & loudspeaker too) two problems you can find that heating problem during using net & if you a social networker then you have to charge this phone daily other features are really good..so don't wait buy this this phone now best ever phone

Just celebrated 2nd birthday of my Samsung Grand 2, mind blowing how 2 years have passed not a glitch touch wood. Just changed the battery once & in kitkat 4.4.2. ..........hope to see its 3rd anniversary. ....my sexy Grand 2

Yes of course, you can put your mobile in water for 10 min and then dry it in oven for 5 min.

Sorry to say but this is one of the worst phones I've used so far from Samsung,first the of all it's memory is a mess you can't download more applications without deleting the installed ones, secondly it struggles to get connected to WiFi signals available nearby which is really frustrating. Planning to get rid of this going for A8.

i know this may sound crazy but grand 2 is the best Samsung phone ever. Only down side is the very low memory(8gb). I have been using it for for almost 2years now after using a gs3 and I am still loving it. Phone hardly ever hangs (in fact I can't recall when last it hung) ,unlike the high end flagship models I have used previously. Screen is sharp and unbreakable (as it isn't glass ). Just get a screen guard and a good wallet cover and forget about physical damage or scratches to the screen or body. I have dropped it severally ,even hard it thrown down with no damage to the screen . People just go ahead and buy it, I doubt if you can get a better value for your money. Forget about the cheap flashy spec loaded Chinese brands like xiaomi,Meizu,oppo etc , they hardly last and lack second hand value or customer support after sales outside China. Trust me I know what I am saying.

m using galaxy grang 2 but to my surprise m having problem in my hearing sound box....... i had changed it but theres stil problem,,,, so suggest me plz......what can i do now?/

farzana, 06 Feb 2016i face every time problem in that and their is so many add pop up .every time hangedi use until now no pop up.. maybe you download any app not from play store..
