It is not a good phone never buy this because it is having heating problem ... and if u go samsung service center they will give you soo many shit.. i stayed @ bangalore and i brought this grand2 from samsung authorised store, after buying this phone within 5 days i faced this heating problem .... As i said i stayed @ bangalore ... so that i have been in samsung koramangla service center .. their manager and their employee will give you soo many excuses .......but they wont do anything good ...end of the day you will be the loooser .. i use to give good comments earlier because i was satisfied but .. now samsung become worst ... their customer service is tooo baadddd.. than grand 2 .. Htc desire 816 is too good...never buy galaxy grand 2 ..... because of their customer service

Hey bros. Tried using grand 2. Good for using. Interface smooth. RAM decent. does go well with my NFs and video players. No lagging in browsing, multi window is good and better than note II. Skip Note II and go for it.

after using kitkat update found following problems
1) front camera not working properly
2) back camera picture quality not so good
3) performance is not improved, doing same like 4.3
4) not working properly one hand opration
5) cant able to change lock screen wallpaper
6) play store is crashing twice in a day
7) and system also crashing once in a day
8) motion sensor not working fast
9) battery draining in 8 to 9 hrs
10) and so much problems are there
requesting SAMSUNG please fix these and all issues with new update.
