White is good if you want to experience the screen , it looks large , but. black is good for looks - business look , i do repent returning my set for white one. Black makes the steel colour rims see in black , but screen looks smallish , and the capacitive buttons don't glow much

many people having issues...and I also...but ...
after troubleshoot ..the device is running very fast and smooth...

Howzit Guys and Girls,
There seems to be a consensus of confusion with regards to the update of the Galaxy Grand to the KIT KAT software.This is what I have tried and it worked perfectly.
Back your phone up,apps, documents, vids etc.Once you have done this do a hard factory reset,once this is done DON'T follow the setup instruction excepting for connecting to a stable WIFI network. Action the KIT KAT update and let the update complete.Once the new software has updated let the phone reboot.Again ignore the setup instructions and do a hard factory reset again with the new KIT KAT software installed. Once this is done let the phone reboot and set the phone up as per normal. Worked like a charm.
One last bit of advise, if you have unboxed the phone for the first time,before or after the update allow the battery to discahrge completely without load then charge it for a full 16 hours,after that you are set to go.

In Sony phones , after updating to kitkat , we can move apps n games to sd card . Can we have this interesting feature in grand 2 after kitkat ???

is it wise to spend 20k on grand 2 as xiaomi mi3 at 14k seems better choice ? even asus zenfone at 10k is good.

After using it for a month i would like to give review .Guys its nice phone with superb specifications.pointd i will give camera-8.5, speed-9,battery-6.5 Scrern-8.9, look-10
