go to gallery for updating,bt my suggestion is to you that please dont update your android system.
it can causes some problem which i am facing like heating, some features problem..etc.

If you are frequent CAMERA user,grand 2 is NOT WORTH the money we spend on it. Most of grand 2 users me included are facing problem with picture quality.Sandy picture dots and dots and more dots and are mostly observed when pictures are taken indoors.
All other features of grand 2 are good
Plzzzz help me any1 is there any option to improve camera clarity. ???

Ok guys , I mistake upgraded phone to android 4.4.2 a fact I greatly repent.
All the talk of android kitkat update being good is pure blood , lie even if your download properly via wifi you will get random restarts it is a fully lie software , why should we need to go to Samsung service centre.
I will tell you guys for final time DO NOT IN ANY CASE IN YOUR DREAM UPGRADE TO ANDROID 4.4.2 IF YOU WIST TO BE READY TO RESET YOUR DEVICE , OR VISIT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER.

How is your experience post reset to android 4.4.2 at Samsung service station. Are there any buggy issues.
I am still on android 4.3 all things including brightness are working fine , I don't have any call quality or other is sue as yet , and using single sim I don't have issues with dual sim. Should I upgrade to android 4.4 and yes I have a clear wifi at place. Hence , update does get download in 30 mins straight

Friends, Don't believe any fake comments. After update to Kitkat OS my Grand 2 Performs very well, yes battery life also improved, Call clarity problem solved after update 4.4.2, also touch is very smooth. I am really happy with latest version.

AnonD-284520, 19 Jul 2014Please tell me how to backup apps in grand 2 jelly bean versionInstall an app called Clean Master and open the app and go to App Manager and the first thing u would see is "Uninstall" section. Then, it will display apps that u installed. Select the app that u want to backup and press "Backup". Then if u want to move it to your SD card go to My File and go to sdcardo or the file icon with no memory card logo. Pick cleanmaster folder and pick "backup" and move it to the extSDcard. Hope this helps. Good luck!
