I haven't faced the issue again- but when I got the issue 2 days back it was really frustrating- charging icon was showing but battery was not getting charged! any bug in essential functionality like charging is really frustrating!

After rebooting problem is gone but after some time when we plugged for charging still we face that problem . The only solution I found that when charge phone first reboot your phone.

Do you have Clean Master software installed? If you have, then uninstall it and try it. Also reboot the phone once after uninstalling. For me that worked.

AnonD-278855, 16 Jul 2014Correction : If ripple effect is selected, lock screen wallpaper cannot be changed. Hello Nish.BK, thanks for finding this out. Yes, after i disabled ripple effect (in Settings->Device>Lock Screen->Unlock effect), now I am able to change the wallpaper!

Moto X is fine.. Or opt for any new devices in the same price range..
