Noticed a new option under display settings. 'Auto adjust screen tone'. Description says adjust the display brightness based on the on screen image to save power.

When ... moreI am using the Kitkat update for last 3 days(got it updated from a service centre last Saturday to fix my GPS issue) and till now not faced any restating issue. However, Yesterday suddenly I saw that phone is not getting Charged even though battery was showing charging icon. It got resolved after I rebooted the phone. I hope the problem doesn't come back.

Third party file explorers downloaded from Play Store won't work.

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the Galaxy Grand 2 Duos in India. The smartphone was launched in January with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.
The Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 is 361MB in size and is available over-the-air, as well as via Samsung Kies app.

I have been using this phone for a while,it is nice experience,yesterday i got kitkat upgrade,now its been 14 hours of use and i am not facing any issue like restarting or front camera.
only lock scren wallpaper issue,but that doesnt matter me a lot.
responce speed is increased with update,feeling nice

When ... moreall same here too bro.please do no download this update.it has a lot of bugs to fix.for example my grand 2 is only a 2 months old.i just downloaded the kitkat 4.4.2 update an hour ago.after that all my side buttons like volume rocker and lock button is no more working.even sometimes my home button fails to work.my phone keeps restarting every 20 seconds.i am not able to see the person who is calling me in my phone , only the ring tone i am able to hear.lots of applications fails to work .the phone hangs every now and then and restarts automatically.now simply to say my phone is useless without being bricked.i am requesting all of you to wait for samsung to fix this bug before updating your phone.even my wifi stopped working.can anybody please help me out.
