Samsung grand 2 phone is best phone in this range and I have no complaint regarding its performance and battery life. If work on a quad-core processer that's make phone more better in performance and last phone look is awesome than other phones.
I also read in comments that Kit-Kat version is coming or not. So is good news testing is completed.
in shortly you will see kit-Kat version in this phone.

But if you don't want to wait, you can go to service centre and get it upgraded. However, keep in mind that kitkat version has lots of limitation with respect to SD Card. For example, 3rd party apps like Camera/file explorer apps cannot write to SD Card. Keep this in mind before upgrading. However, apps2sd is still working for those applications which support apps2sd.

Those who are waiting for kitkat version(4.4.2) in India, you can visit service centre to get kitkat version. I got it this weekend. However, one issue you would find in kitkat version is that 3rd party apps like 3rd party Camera apps, 3rd party file browsers etc cannot write to SD Card. If you are OK to accept this limitation go ahead and upgrade.

yogesh, 10 Jul 2014go and flash the rom it works perfectly. even then the problem persists contact me i have a s... moreWent to service centre this weekend and they flashed the kitkat (4.4.2) ROM. The GPS problem has reduced now- it is at least getting fixed, but after a long time of more than 5 mins whereas in my S Duos2 phone it gets a fix within a few seconds. So still some problem is there. Not sure whether this is a hardware issue.
Anybody else in this forum facing GPS issue with Grand 2?
