I have a Grand 2 which I bought it by Jan End. initially it was okay. After 2-3 months while charging it was not getting charged to the full percentage, this is getting charged to 85+ or 95+ % and is not moving beyond that and the charging stops after some time. Immediately when I remove the battery, replace it and start it is showing 100%.
After this for one charge or two it will show 100% while charging and it will go back like previous state.
The discharging is also faster even if the net is not connected also it gets drained within a day. I would have used it only for calls, and that usage also will not be beyond 15 min to 30 min overall.
I took it to the Samsung service Centre, who asked me to leave the mobile to have the charging pin in the mobile replaced, to check it this is getting resolved, which am not interested as it might be an ongoing one.
Need a solution for this. please suggest.

Grand2 is overall good but mp3 sound is very poor.

alokeb, 10 Jul 2014Hello Yogesh, unfortunately the problem is back again. So looks like even factory reset is not... morego and flash the rom it works perfectly. even then the problem persists contact me i have a solution.

Anonymous, 09 Jul 2014don't by Samsung product its totally wastage of moneyFeature wise samsung galaxy grant feature is good but samsung product not stable is market , because when samsung launch 1 product for ex samsung launh samasung galaxy grand but due to some bad feedback from people like hanging problem and others ,then samsung come up with samsung galaxy grand 2 , with extra feature like ram and camera.
I agreed that its good to come up with new feature but its like wasteing of money, people purhasing mobile and spending there money in purchasing mobiles but what company do they stop doing prodution of old product but what about those people who alredy purchased the product.
I knew its marketing strategies but its like playing with human feeling , human tendency , money.
I was purchased 1 st mobile samsung but after 1 year there production was stop then I purchesd samsung galaxy grand now company stop production of samsung g grand. Now its better to purchase some local mobile for use insted of using branded mobile that are not stable in maket.
if company add all this feature in previous mobile then then at least this product was stable in market. But because of ther personal profit they playing with human feeling.
