It's hardly been a week I have purchased this phone and I have already started facing a bunch of problems. The phone keeps on restarting out of nowhere, sometimes in loop. Even it restarts if i try to shut it down. Apps end and hang abruptly. I was expecting so much from the phone and now it feels like buying a piece of trash for 20k. Now I just have to shut it down because I cannot use it anyway.

HI, I bought this phone a week ago, it's a very hood phone except auto brightness. When I used auto brightness, the light is very dim and cannot be adjusted even is you set to high brightness it's still dim. For those who has this phone, are you also experiencing same issue? It's botherine me.. pls share.. thanks :)

[deleted post]micromax and xolo make bad quality smartphone while samsung is branded and trusted company....samsung makes good quality smartphone ...micromax touch screen qualiity is bad compare to samsung and micromax service centre is pathetic...and samsung never use mediatek cheap chipset like micromax xolo

I think some review here can be said to be deceiving. Samsung makes the best phones with the best tricks that makes them stand out. Just search for "galaxy grand 2 tips and tricks on youtube and you will see why Grand 2 is costlier. With samsung, u are not only buying a piece of hardware with intrinsic value (which most ppl don't know how to utilize), but a phone that have both visible and internal values. Ask Iphones and u will know the truth.

moto e comes to the snap dragon chipset not media tech
and non of the samsung will come to the media tech
I will bet samsung cannot use media tech
and media techbis a cheap quality chiness chip set and used to most of the chines phones like micromax and xolo and karbon used mediatech and dont compare to the cheap mobiles

Frnds im going to get this soon . No phone will satisfy all your need , jst dont get confused between smartphone models . Dont compare it with other , jst see whether is it meeting your expectation or not . If it is then just go for it .

For People who are facing battery problem, if your battery is draining quickly please check that the wifi scanning always available is unchecked to do that open settings click on wifi press menu button select advanced in that uncheck the scanning always available box
