I have same issue, screen goes dark in low light areas/indoor. During night I need to turn off auto brightness which is really annoying. I don't know What the hell Samsung doing, since it is a common issue in all Grand 2 devices.

Hello all Mobile Enthusiasts,
It's been 1 and half month, I bought my Grand 2 and experience so far has been less than satisfactory | Reason>> I have to visit the service centre 3-4 times.
Problem- With auto-brightness ON, the screen goes blank/dark in low light areas. Workaround is to un-check the auto-brightness option...but this limitation literally sucks.
Everytime I visit the service centre, they do a quick fix sort of thing but after 5-7 days of usage- the problem resurfaces. I am fed up of visiting service centre again and again and looking forward to sell it off at a loss.
Samsung-- not good at all..mann!!!

Missed to add-- Upon visiting the store from where I purchased this handset (and 2 other stores), I found same issue reproducible in stock handset inventory as well. So, it's clear that this is a mass problem in almost all of the Grand 2 series handsets. Company should wake up and take corrective action.

Hey Folks I have been using Galaxy Grand 2 for the past 4 months i can say that its worth for its money, alot of enhancements have been made from the previous version of grand its 5.25 MM HD screen gives you a HD quality picture. If you are looking out for Phone above 20,000 Grand 2 is a safe bet, but anything below 20,000 I would suggest for Moto G-16GB.

Pls can someone assist. I complain about d camera flashing yellow. They said I should update d firmware, again d auto brightness always shows dark inside d house. They said update d firmware again. Is like everything is attached to dis firmware and we are not getting d firmware in Nigeria. Dis is not good for d product after three month of usage no correction on these complains. Thanks

No matter whatsoever RAM are mentioned on the box or in configuration the actual memory(RAM) is always less. For an example for my mobile of 1GB Ram it shows 0.950 of RAM so it is perfectly fine if it is showing 1.35 of 1.5 GB RAM then it there is no issue in it. Actually some amout of memory is always reserved for internal files/configuration.

I just bought grand 2 for past 1 month. I have problem with sim card no 2 intermittent issue.
The problem when my friend call to my 2nd sim it was automatic go to vioce massage and i'll receive miss call massage from telco service provide.
i still have the problem until now and samsung promise me to replace new phone
