This phone goes hot when you are battery charging just yesterday it went to 55 deg I removed charger in 5 mins battery cools to 37 deg . Hence dont surf net or play game when charging phone as high temperature mean battery life reducing also snapdragon 800 , snapdragon 400 and few more new procs of qualcomm have heating issues.
The 138 mb is improved update it seems than 117 mb my phone shows no new update
June 2014 expect android 4.4.3
Also on supplied 1amp charge 4 hrs to charge and 1.5 amp charge 2.5 hrs to charge battery.

Phoneuserprat, 18 May 2014I am using only one sim on grand 2 and there is no issue regarding line connection or call qua... morei did this update and check my camera first it solve my led with yellow photo and optimization and good performance and over all my grand good is now better...now i'm happy

Just got my grand 2 a couple of days ago, I'm facing a weird issue, I'm having the notification beep playing every 5 minutes as adjusted even if I'm having no unread events, any suggestions please?

I have been using this phone for past couple of months and so far it has perfromed very well. I just have one concern. By default this phone consumes more than 800MB of RAM. Even if we clear all appliation, it does not go below 770MB. This is factor of concern for me. Any help would be appreciated!

I have purchased dis phone day before yesterday.....i just love this handset....Excellent device no issue....Excellent camera quality...screen quality good. GAMING EXPERIENCE TO GOOD....MY RATING FOR GRAND 2 IS 9/10...IF U HAVE A BUGET TILL 20 THOUSAND GO FOR THIS DEVICE...

I was having lcd bleeding issue in my grand 2...but now it is solved by samsung.
There is some heating issue in my grand 2.so can u please guide me how to solve it. While charging or surfing net the temp reaches to 45 degree celcius..please help..
