samsung has created a succesfull phone..........it would be much better if they give 16gb of memory.........8gb is not anough 4 an android device.........the overall performance so good in mid range & quality.......but in case of internal memory..........it can't beat........sorry samsung.........u should improve this type of condition in mid range hand sets..........mind it........I m using grand from 2013 when it was released.....but u make me upset with 8gb memory where only 4gb can be used......shame

I buy Grand2 three days back in M&P warranty of one year in pakistan and found crack voice during incoming calls and heating issue i went samsung customer service in pakistan but they dont diagnose the problem and deposit phone for checking and if they not able this issue then they will replace the set after 15 days but its good for customer for bad samsung pakistan policy.
if any one face this problem please advise how its resolved.

Hi!Guys,Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Best Mobile For 21000 INR. Its Feature and Performance Very Good. Its battery backup very very good. OS is 4.3 Jeally Bean and may be updated in last may 4.2.2 kitkat. So Nice SmartPhone.
