AnonD-247381, 31 Mar 2014now i am got this update and downloading this update and it works better no problembut i dont know why samsung has skip the the some of the touchiwizi features bcoz in this phone some options are missing like " hide applications , direct call , direct lift " some of the features are missing this features are avalible in most of the samsung phones and these features are not avaliable in the other brands like sony , htc , motoroloa
samsung should really rethink its available of the extra touchiwizi features in next update

No o... moreHey yu can download the apps and games on sd card or else yu can mov it into d sd card and if yu get any update yu can directly update it whether it is in sd card nd sum members hav problem dat dey cannot download apps from plat store though dey hav 3g net or wifi jus do d factory reset it gges bak 2 normal I had dat problm and I did factory reset nd now happily downliafing apps from play store nd 1 mor thing der is still no update for kitkat dont get curious nd dint root yur mobil yull b in problem I hav contactd d customer service dey said der will b an update soon in 2 months so b patient

I know because I am using it now. Dont compare grand 2 with xperia ZR. Both are totally in different segment to make comparison. Bye..

Love this phone. Superb for playing games. Video playback is awesome. Multitasking using the same screen is wonderful . Please go for this phone. Galaxy mega is the worst phone in this world . Screen cracks like crazy.

Need help, why my grand 2 takes so much of time after 94% charging to get full charged...is anyone facing this similar probs and also after full charged it consumed 4% battery in J's 15-20 mnts even in idle,the irony is it give gud backup after receding 90%...is this normal?

I've been using this one since the last 2 weeks and I think it does have some sort of a protective glass, though im not very sure and covered the screen with a screen guard. I would suggest you do the same as scratch resistance doesn't mean it's scratch proof, it'll still scratch if you're not careful enough.. Cheers. 👍
