1) The charger cable may be faulty. Do not use USB extension cable (other thab the one which came with the device) to charge.
2) Unplug the charger cable and insert again.
3) Remove the battery and clean the battery's metal contacts and the metal contacts for battery (in the mobile) with a anti static cloth.
Tip :
Install an app called 'galaxy charging current' from the playstore and see the mA at which the battery is charging with the charger's output.

Maddy, 22 Feb 2014yes it have FM go to grand 2-main manu-samsung folder-FM Radio.Thanks.. found fm.
Now other problem I have seen, 3g net is not working properly.. when I put sim in other fon it's working with high speed..
No camera quality is also..
After pics clicked, when I zoomed it, pixels are very poor. Even in my s dous, pixels doesn't scatter.
Pls anyone tell about these problems.

All the sony xperia model mobiles are waste because they do not have replaceable battery.

xperia zr nd grand cost u the same!..... morehello bro xperia zr avalible at the 25k and sp is 21k but
xperia sp having only dual core processer and worst camera and
xperia zr is good but very old mobile which small screen and not to good camera and sony providing worst ui but samsung ui is far better than the sony's ui

Hi guys.... i got many positive review about this phone....but just tell me one thing about this mobile that is there any kind of GPU???? because on this website GPU is mentioned but on official website of samsung it is not mentioned.

Here, force stop and choose disable* all the apps that you don't need. Disable the auto brightness if you are staying indoors and going out during night. Keep the display brightness at 15%. Set display time out to 30 seconds or less.
* means - disable is not available for all apps. In this case just choose force stop. The apps (which you have chosen force stop) won't run again in the background on device startup unless if you open the app even once.
