I have been using my grand 2 since February 2014 and till the date my phone never hanged, stopped or switched off automatically. The most amazing thing of this phone is its rear camera. Its rear camera is admitted at 8 MP but it looks like a 13 MP. Its low part is front camera of the phone. I bought it at the price of 22500 at that time but it worths it. I will always proud of being a Grand 2 owner.

Anonymous, 08 Aug 2015Take it to a Samsung service center they will upgrade it to Android 4.4.2 but it will be wise ... morethanks mate for the heads-up. Then i will definitely not update to KK.
BTW what's the problem with the kit-kat update?

I always get sad anytime I look at my Galaxy Grand 2. It has a bad camera quality, phone goes off at ant time.......yucks and the saddest thing is that I bought it with my saving expecting much from Samsung but this is all I get...trouble........Samsung please compensate me with a new phone.
