AnonD-216263, 17 Feb 2014I'm not a Mediatek fan and I also like Qualcomm more but i just have to say this: The best med... moreagree that mediatek isn't crap, especially compared to the sd400(especially the mt6592, with great price), the only problem with them is maybe the source code where i don't think there's a phone with mediatek chip already got android 4.3 or 4.4 . All of them still stuck at 4.2.2( no idea though about the xda). They have to up their game in this aspect.

Vishera96, 17 Feb 2014Those MediaTek are fully crap indeed, they can't even beat Qualcomm 400 even with their best M... moreI'm not a Mediatek fan and I also like Qualcomm more but i just have to say this: The best mediatek cpu available right now is not found in the Xperia C. The MT6592 is the best available right now. It has an octa-core A7 CPU that can run up to 2.0ghz, and has a Mali 450mp4(4 cores) GPU running at 700mhz. Devices with this chip can score up to 30k++ in Antutu which show that it completely beats the Snapdragon 400. For real world performance, you can see in youtube videos that the Grand 2 can't play GTA San Andreas smoothly but devices with the MT6592 can. Just because its cheap doesn't mean it's crap. Again, I'm no Mediatek fan, I'm just all for fairness.
