I brought this Phone on 5 FEB 2014 since then I been going through over heat problem in my Phone called number of times to Customer care never lead to me service center until 7days finish ah. On 8th day tey told me to go service center. but they said only can replace within 7days huh..
* Just turn on 3G and connect and use any apps for 10mins this phone gets over and over heat even Phone itself says (too much temperature) so apps will disable until gets cool,.. its funny waste of money Rs 22,750

even its performance better than note 1 my earlier handset.

Since the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 has Leather back coating specially when it is white, how it gets messy/dirty then what can be done....

does this mobile use normal size SIM or micro size SIM?
the earlier model was using normal size SIM
In the shop they carelessly cut the normal sized SIM to make it micro sized and damage the SIM

It is not a good option as I have changed 2 handset from service center as whenever we push normaly on screen, the liquid buble accures on touchpad and this for every grand 2. I thik this is manufactured fault. Samsung need to work on it. I have asked for refund bust its west of time. Anyhow I have to adjust with this phone and problem.
